The right technology to support innovation and growth begins with a strong network foundation. It’s the enabler of every communication and the basis for a broader global connectivity.

At Communications Design & Management our connectivity solutions cover the full network lifecycle. From architecture and design, to implementation, operation and performance tuning.

Working closely alongside our network solutions partner, Juniper Networks, we offer high performance network solutions to help commercial and public sector organisations to securely and reliably connect to the community, customers, suppliers and business partners – creating greater value and accelerating success.

Our partnership with Juniper allows us to maintain an in-depth knowledge of the best solutions on offer, as well as gain rich insights into global industry trends and developments.

CDM and Juniper have been partnering on projects for the past 10 years.

Together we’ve established a track record of success in modernising infrastructure and equipment throughout metropolitan, regional and remote Australia.

Our Connectivity team holds technical certifications across the full range of Juniper technologies, which allows us to drive innovative solutions for our clients.

At CDM, we believe the best way to support our clients in regional and remote Australia is to wherever possible, invest in up-skilling local people to deliver onsite services.

By involving local people to deliver local services, we are able to complete projects and support our clients in a timely manner and at the lowest possible cost, no matter where they are located.

We further reduce the cost and time to respond to our regional clients by holding spares in our extensive network of regional depots.  These depots hold network hardware closer to our client’s sites, greatly reducing the time needed to replace components or install services in remote locations.

Our local field implementation teams are also supported by our mobile customer service application – mJam – a mobile application specifically designed to manage work package allocation.

Mjam speeds up the onsite implementation and support process by ensuring all relevant hardware and information is provided with the work package – such as diagrams, site access details and contact information.

Whatever your network requirements, CDM and Juniper can work with you to create cost-effective network solutions that are flexible enough to maximise your current IT investment and still allow you to take advantage of emerging technologies in ICT services.
