For nearly 140 years, Expression Australia has been supporting individuals who are hard of hearing across Victoria and Tasmania. The organisation offers a range of community services and training opportunities to assist and empower both the deaf and wider community. As a growing organisation, Expression Australia relies heavily on technology to facilitate communication, enhance service delivery, and ensure seamless operations across multiple locations.

CHALLENGE:
Following a significant growth phase, Expression Australia faced increasing reliance on outdated IT systems and services. The organisation required an experienced IT Managed Service Provider to modernise its network infrastructure and provide:

  • A secure, stable WAN operating environment
  • Reliable VPN access for a growing mobile workforce
  • Connectivity across 9 office locations, linking them to head office and the data centre in East Melbourne
